Welcome to Pet Mockup. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Pet Mockup is a U.S.-based business offering custom-designed apparel and merchandise featuring customer-submitted pet photos.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Products

All items sold by Pet Mockup are custom-made based on customer-submitted images.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once production begins.

  • Slight variations in color, size, placement, and print appearance may occur.

  • We are not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, poorly lit, or cropped images submitted by customers.

  • The final printed result depends on the quality of the uploaded image.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details before placing an order.

3. User Submissions & Content Rights

By uploading an image to our website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights to the image or have authorization to use it.

  • The image does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.

  • The image does not contain unlawful, obscene, offensive, or harmful content.

Pet Mockup reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove orders containing inappropriate or prohibited content.

By submitting content, you grant Pet Mockup a limited, non-exclusive license to use the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may use completed designs for marketing and promotional purposes.

4. Production & Fulfillment

Orders are produced and fulfilled by third-party manufacturing partners.

Production times typically range from 3–7 business days, but may vary depending on product type and order volume.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or canceled.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after production

  • International: 7–21 business days after production

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because all products are custom-made:

  • We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.

  • Refunds are not provided for subjective dissatisfaction with design style.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Mockup shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Mockup from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Your submitted content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of our services
