Thank you for shopping with Pet Mockup. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, please review the following shipping information carefully.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order ships.

During peak seasons or high order volume periods, production times may extend slightly.

Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

United States

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

International Orders

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs processing, which may cause additional delays.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

Example (U.S. orders):
3–7 business days (production)

  • 3–7 business days (shipping)
    = Approximately 6–14 business days total

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Product type

  • Order weight

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional payment before resending.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pet Mockup is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen packages after delivery

If your package is marked delivered but missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will review and provide a replacement if eligible

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Pet Mockup does not control these fees and cannot estimate them in advance.
